Returns & Store Credits
Online Purchase Returns
Our policy is that you have 7 days to return a full price item for in store credit.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original new condition with tags attached. We will not accept items with makeup stains, perfume or smoke scents, pet hair, body odor etc. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to start a return for store credit. Email us at email@example.com to request your return, and stating the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will notify you with further instructions. Do not send us items without emailing a return request first.
Please allow up to 5 business days from date we receive your return for us to issue your refund or store credit. We will send you an email updating once it has been completed.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please record tracking info, as we are not responsible for lost items.
Exclusions: Sale items, jewelry, scarves, belts, socks, sunglasses, hair accessories and gift certificates are FINAL SALE items and cannot be returned.
Damaged Items/Wrong Item
If you received the wrong item or a damaged item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order. There is a 3 day processing timeline.
